STATEMENTS TO CUSTOMERS, BATCH Method 2 (PF8)

Another way of sending batch or individual statements is within the Customer window.

Customer window > TRX button

Print/Send Statement button (Red Arrow 1).
Select the form you want (Red Arrow 2).
Batch Send button opens the new window (Red Arrow 3).

Select and Send E-Mails.

Click OK

In order for this function to work you need to have contacts set up for the customer.

To enter a memo to be printed at the bottom of every statement.

See MenusSQL > Maintenance > Maintenance > Defaults > Customer Tab.
