The export preview window is a versatile and interactive window for viewing reports.
On the report or print window, select Export Preview.

Click OK or Print.
The Title will be the name of the report that you ran and the File Name will be the same. You are able to change the File Name in the window.
The Search field will contain the search parameters of the report.
Click the Columns button to toggle which Column headers you want to display in the export. Click Reset Cols to bring back any that you may have toggled to No.
The Hide zeros checkbox will remove any 0 items from the list.
When selected, the Autosize Columns checkbox will resize the column width for a better view.
Click the Totals button to have the total of numeric columns appear at the bottom of the list.
Select the method of export by clicking Tab TXT, CSV, Tab XLS, or Clipboard and then click export.
Double click on a line to open the corresponding window in PERFECT FIT (Invoice, Inventory StyleMaster, etc.)
