WHO IS IN THE DATA FILE (PF7)

If you are running Windows Server software you can see which computers on your network are accessing the data file.

On the server computer click the Start button.

Start > Program Files > Administrative Tools > Computer Management

On the computer management window click on the ‘shares’ tab and then open the ‘Open Files’ folder.

You can view which computers on your network are accessing any shared file.

You can use the command on this window “Close file” to disconnect them.
