TROUBLE-SHOOTING INSTALLATION (PF7)

If problems occur during or after installing or upgrading, please check the following points:

Is PERFECT FIT open on any of the client computers? The initial upgrade will not take place while other users are connected.

Does each computer have a copy of the Perfect Fit library in the PFIT Folder on its own hard drive?
Does each computer have a copy of Omnis with a unique serial number on its own hard drive?

Did you read the technical notes for this version?

Is the network running, and can you “see” the data file in PFSHARED from the local computer?

Is the server computer on?
