Transfer funds from one bank account to another.

Menus > Checks
Transactions > Increase Cash in Bank
Insert an entry and use the offset account of the bank that you are taking money FROM.

OR

Menus > Checks
Transactions > Decrease Cash in Bank
Insert an entry and use the offset account of the bank that you are adding money TO.
