Go to Menus > Customers
Reports > Top Customers
Print this report to screen for the date range and parameters you want.
Running this report will update a field in the CUSTOMER file called CTEMP, with the dollar amount that shows on this report. You can then do custom searches on this field.
To print Customer Labels for the Top Customers:
Go to Reports > Customers > Labels > Custom Search
Modify the Search to read:
1. CTEMP >= 1 <– the number entered can be ANY cutoff amount.
2. CTEMP >= 500 <– this will show only customers over $500.00
The label reports look at the customer file only, so no fields from the invoice file are needed.
