To duplicate a current record: On many windows hold down the Command (Mac) or Control (PC) Key while clicking the window Insert Button. You are now in Insert Mode using data from the copied record. The copied record is not changed.

Many windows also have a “Keys” menu, which shows keyboard shortcuts for that window. Keyboard shortcuts are standardized across all windows that have a keys menu.

Create a number of Orders based on a single entered order. Go to Orders > Commands > Options > Multiply Orders.

Under the Commands menu for Orders, Inventory there are many batch processing commands that allow for quick entry or modification of groups of records. All batch processes included a series of warning messages, so you can open these windows without fear of damaging your data.
