To fix self correcting errors, run the diagnostic procedure again and all self-correcting errors will be fixed by the program. After you’ve run the diagnostic procedure to fix the self-correcting errors, please fax the diagnostic report to us. Please do not send via email text, Microsoft Documents, or Adobe PDF as these formats take longer to process than normal fax.
Note: We do not need both diagnostic reports (before and after self-correcting errors). We only need the second one.
