SEARCH, SALES BY REP AND COLOR

List Sales within a date range of a specific color item by a single Sales Rep.

Go to Reports > Sales by Item
Click Summary (or detail if you want)
Click Custom Search
Click OK
Select Destination

Enter Search:

FIELD MODE VALUE/CALCULATION
1 IN_DATE >= 9/1/97 <-first invoice date
2 IN_DATE <= 9/30/97 <-last invoice date
3 IN_RPCODE1 = TW <-sales rep code
4 V_COLORCODE = BLK <-inventory color code

Press OK/Use Search button to run the report.

The report heading will show the name of the search format. After printing you should write on the report a description of your search parameters.
