The Pack Boxes module requires the use of the PERFECT FIT Pick Ticket and Allocation module. The Pick Ticket module allows you to reserve goods. It is also used to send instructions to your warehouse. The Pack Boxes module enables the user to list the contents in each box of a shipment (individual or group process), print the corresponding packing slips, and a box summary of the shipment.
Go to an existing pick ticket or find an order which you want to pick. The pick ticket is inserted from the Menu bar under “Pick”.
Perfect Fit automatically inserts the order number which was opened and today’s date as a default. Change if needed. Reserve items and click OK. (See Pick Ticket in the User Guide for more information on how to enter a Pick Ticket.)

Select the Pack Boxes button. This will open the Pack Boxes window. Select Pack New Box. The first box will be highlighted.

Boxes can be identified with numbers or alphanumeric characters. Styles of a single size can be distributed over many boxes. Doubleclick the items you want to put in this box from the box on the far left. Adjust the quantity if needed by using the tab button. Tab and enter the weight of the box and tab again to enter any memos. If you want to remove the items from the box, highlight the items, and click Remove. When that box is done, click Save Box. You can edit the quantity, weight, and memo after the box is done, but you must use the Delete button to remove the line items (Highlight line to remove).
Choosing the Multiply button packs the remaining items like the last box packed.
The Batch Pack feature allows you to process your box packing instead of entering them individually. It allows the user to set rules such as minimum and maximum quantities for boxes, order range, and groups. This makes data entry for multiple boxes fast and efficient.

Clicking the Assign UCC button will assign UCC codes to the boxes.
The Print button will generate Packing Slips. If you choose Detail Pack Lists and list the box number below, you will get the packing slip for that box. If you choose Summary and give the box number range, you will get a packing list itemizing the contents of each box.
