Locked Order

This Order is currently being Edited.
Order is currently being processed by someone else. Can Not Invoice.

2 users can not edit or process an order at the same time.
This message can happen when it shouldn’t if the computer crashes during invoicing, if it is shut down improperly, or if there is network failure.

After confirming that no one else is processing the order, the lock can be removed:
1. Click the Info button on the order
2. Click Edit on the Order Info Window
3. Uncheck the “Locked for Edit/Invoice” checkbox.
4. Click OK to save the change.
