Linked Payables to Purchase Order Option 2 (PF8)

There are multiple options for linking a purchase order to a payable.

Option 2: Adding a purchase order to an existing payable.

Finished Goods, Finished Embellishment, Raw Materials (Parts), or Raw Materials Embellishment can be linked.

Click on Linked POs (Red Arrow)

Click Insert (red arrow 1) and type your PO number (red arrow 2) and amount if needed.
PO Cross Ref and PO PBH Ref will populate.

Your PO information has saved. You can click Go To PO and it will take you to your purchase order.
One payable can have multiple purchase order links.
