HOW TO SEE WHO IS ACCESSING THE DATAFILE(PF7)

If you are running Windows Server software you can see which computers on your network are accessing the data file.

To do this click on your start button from the server computer.

Start > Program Files > Administrative Tools > Computer Management

When the computer management window opens click on the ‘shares’ tab then open the ‘Open Files’ folder.

This will allow you to see which computers on your network are accessing any shared file.
