The 4 stages of data exchange with a factor:

1. Submit Orders to Factor for Approval.
2. Receive from factor a list of orders approved and denied.
3. Submit invoices to factor for payment.
4. Receive payment schedule from factor.

We can implement electronic data exchange at any of these points, with any factor that supports import and export of data.
