Excel Dates

Make Excel recognize PF Date formats:
This will allow the dates to be used in calculations.

1) Export the file from Perfect Fit as the default file type, which is a “.txt” file.

2) Once the export has completed open a blank Excel document. Then go to File > Open and open the text file you exported in step 1.

3) The Text Import Wizard will open. Select Delimited and press Next. Then press Next again.

4) At the bottom of the window you will see a preview of the columns to be imported. Highlight the columns that contains the dates you want to format. Then select the Date radio button in the top left. Use the dropdown to select the desired date format. Then press Finish.
