Use the REPORTS menu TRX Reports (not GL Reports)
On the Balance Sheet, the amount on account 3550, unposted income, should match the amount on the Income Statement for the first of the fiscal year through the balance sheet date.
1. Check for Clean Diagnostics
2. Reopen old periods. If transactions had been edited in closed periods, the financial statements will not agree.
3. Check for Data Corruption. Try re-indexing FTR and/or ACCOUNTS.
