Add Pictures to Excel from PF8

This will allow you to automatically insert your stored pictures into Excel.

Requirements:

1. Only works with windows as of today (02/03/2026).
2. Must have a Postgres ODBC driver installed. PF8 normally installs this. If you do not have see here:
   https://help.perfectfit.net/knowledgebase/direct-to-excel/
3. Must have pictures stored in a file called PIX.
4. In your local folder C: \PF8 there is a text file called PIX.txt. That is where PF8 will look for your pictures.

MenusSQL > Inventory Finished Goods > Reports > …Current Status

you can still use the search tools.

Your pictures will automatically load in the last column.

If any pictures are missing, you will see a path (i.e. C:\PIX\101-ANT-C.jpg).
