Once you have created an account send us your API Key.
A production API key cannot be created unless you have entered your credit card information.
Securely send us your API key.
We will then notify you when your API key has been added to your database.
Notes: You have the option to use your negotiated carrier discounts or work directly with ShipEngine and their discounts. Either way you must test and confirm that what you are being billed for is:
Your agreed upon negotiated rates with ShipEngine.
Or
Your negotiated rates with you carrier.
There are two parts to your billing. One is your expected shipping rates (i.e. UPS Ground rate from LA to NY for 5 lbs.).
And
The bill that ShipEngine charges for its services (i.e. Address verification, shipping label creation, etc…) Please ask ShipEngine for the rates.
