Insert new parts (Fabrics, etc) on the Parts window
Insert Bill of Materials on the Inventory Components window.
Insert missing fabric Vendors if needed.
Insert Raw Materials purchase orders for fabrics
Insert Cut Tickets for the Finished Goods.
On Cut Ticket do Parts Allocation
Receive fabrics on the Purchase Orders
Process Lot/Roll Tracking as needed (optional)
Issue Cut Ticket
After Fabric is consumed on Cut Ticket do Parts Used
Receive Finished on Cut
Open Customer Orders can now be Picked and Invoiced.
Recommend you check Raw Materials Movements and Finished Goods Movements along the way.
If you are doing Costing also monitor costs at each stage.
