3348: Order With No Number
All orders must have an order number.
To investigate and fix:
Go to Menus > Maintenance
Maintenance > Programmers
PROG > Windows > ORDERS
Click Find
In the ORN field enter a 0
click OK
If an Order Number shows, click Previous.
This should show the Order Header that is missing a number.
If this looks like a legitimate order, you can EDIT the Order number and add a number that is not in use.
If this looks like a false order, you can DELETE the Order Header.
If you are not sure about this order, EDIT the Order Number.
Important: After Making this fix run the Diagnostic report again. there may be a ripple affect to this fix and other errors may show up.
