2305: INVOICE DIAGNOSIS-INVOICE ITEM WITH NO HEADER
Invoice item with no invoice header, IISEQ = xxxx II_INNUM = yyy
IISEQ is the Invoice Item Sequence Number, assigned by the software
II_INNUM is the Invoice Number that this item belongs to.
Investigate this error on the PROG Invoice Items first!
Maintenance > PROG > Windows > Invoice Items
FIND on the IISEQ (Sequence number) in the upper left corner.
Does this invoice exist?
Should this Invoice item record be attached to the invoice or should it be deleted?
The fix might require editing in the PROG Inventory Items window.
Batch delete is a last resort.
To batch fix this Diagnostic Error:
Go to Menus > Maintenance
Maintenance > Programmers > *PROG* >
Batch Deletes 1 > Delete Lonely Invoice Items
This will delete Invoice Items that are not connected to an Invoice Header.
