Copy and Paste Error
ERROR: character with byte sequence 0x9d in encoding “WIN 1252″ has no equivalent in encoding”UTF8”
If you receive the above error message, you will need to configure the text source to UTF8 encoding. Most commonly this error comes from copying out of Outlook and pasting into PERFECT FIT. You will need to adjust both the incoming and outgoing encoding to UTF8.
Email Error -1236
SMTP: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.
If batch emailing, increase your delay to prevent your server quota from maxing out.
This error could mean a number of things. It could be a bad email address, the recipient account could be closed or suspended, it might look like spam to the recipient’s filter, they are experiencing server problems, or have met their quota limits. Likewise, it could mean that your server quota is maxed out.
