ERROR 6020: Inventory [STOCK#] with Qty in Stock in a size that is not offered.
This is a new diagnostic as of August, 2013
For each item on the diagnostic report:
Menus > Inventory
Find the Stock Number
Analysis window menu > Single Item Diagnosis
This report will show whether just the stock number has errors, or if there are underlying movements with errors.
If Movement Sequence numbers are given, use the PROG_MOVEMENTS window to find each record.
Edit the movement to remove the size slot that is in error.
After doing this for all movements on that stock number, go to Recalculate > Balance Stock from Movements
If the lines causing the errors are on invoices, do not change the invoice. You may need to contact us for the best fix.
If there are no movements shown, go to Recalculate > Balance Stock from Movements
Before running this, if you go to the Inventory Prog window, you can see in the STOCK column a quantity that is in a size slot that is not offered.
