4001: Duplicate PBL Ref
Duplicate PBL Ref xxx, PBH SEQ1 = xxxx, PBH SEQ2 = yyyy
This error shows that you have two or more payables with the same Internal Reference name (PBH_REFNUM)
To fix this error:
1) Menus > Maintenance > Prog > Windows > More Windows 2 > Payable Header
2) Find the PBH SEQ2 as shown on the diagnostics (circled blue)
3) Edit, and change the the PBH_REFNUM by putting a period at the end.
In this case, the new REFNUM will be “6021.”
Click OK to save the change.
