To set up commission groups, go to:
Inventory > Other Data > Style Data
Click Edit then enter a single letter for the Commission Group. Then press OK.
If necessary, repeat this process to add other groups.
Next, go to:
Menus > Reps/Commissions
Click Edit and select Use Inventory Commission Rates. Then click OK.
Next, click the Style Commissions button.
Click Edit and enter a Commission Group, Description, and Percent. Then click OK.
Note that if the Style Commission group has not been assigned to the rep, it will use the regular Inventory Commission formula.
To update reps commission groups by inventory division go to:
Maintenance > Divisions
Enter Commission group in the Inventory Style Commissions Group field
Then click the Update Styles Commissions Group button to do a batch update based on division.
