COMMERCIAL INVOICE

Contents

A commercial Invoice is a document used for export. It contains a statement about Country of origin, and other export information.

To print a Commercial Invoice, the Shipping COUNTRY field on the Invoice must have an entry.

If you receive a prompt to print a Commercial Invoice, and the goods are not for export, then the Shipping COUNTRY field contains an entry. An entry such as USA will cause the program to prompt for the Commercial Invoice.

Only BULK Style invoices can be printed as Commercial Invoices.

The Shipping COUNTRY field can be accessed by going to the Invoice, and clicking the Ship/Info button to open the Shipping Information window. This field can be edited.

If you are removing an erroneous entry from this field you might want to check the Customer Shipping Info window to make sure the Country field is blank on that window also.
