How to Set Up The RDP ConnectionPF7

The process of setting up the RDP connection varies slightly between Windows-based computers and Mac’s. Both processes are described below.

For Windows-based computers:

1. Go to apps.pfitonline.com
2. Enter the User and Password provided to you by AG Systems Staff
3. Download the RDP file when prompted
4. Run the RDP file

Note: A shortcut should appear on your desktop after you run the RDP file. Then next time you log in, use the shortcut instead of going to the URL in step #1.

For Mac’s:

1. Go to apps.pfitonline.com
2. Click the Setup/Help link located on the right side of the page
3. Click the Mac OS link in the window that appears.
4. Click the link to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the Mac App Store
5. Run the RDP file
6. Enter the User and Password provided to you by AG Systems Staff

Note: A shortcut should appear on your desktop after you run the RDP file. Then next time you log in, use the shortcut instead of going to the URL in step #1.
