Adjusting Parts Cost with Real Time Costing Turned On

Menus > Inventory
Inventory > Parts (Raw Materials)

Click Adjust Quantity
Click Zero
Enter Cost basis (and probably make value the same)
Click OK

Repeat that procedure to enter qty only, and leave the cost/value fields alone.
